Join Chef Mark Steuer and Mixologist Peter Gugni, at The Bedford on Tuesday, February 28th at 7:30 p.m. for a specialty “Oysters and Champagne” class happening in The Den. For $30 per person, guests can get schooled in sipping and shucking by enjoying 12 oysters (of four different varieties) and four types of champagne while learning the basics behind this perfect pairing – including how to expertly open oysters, the differences in types and regions, and the best champagnes to pair with.
