HOW DO DINNER RESERVATIONS WORK?
Call 773.235.8800 to submit your request or click here to make a reservation. The tables in our dining room are reserved for parties specifically dining, not for parties only drinking. For large parties over 10 people, we have a communal table in our private event space. We do accept advance reservations for the communal table for up to 14 people in two seatings, 6:00 pm, and after 9 pm. Email your large party reservation request to email@example.com with your desired time and group size noted in the subject line.
HOW DO VAULT RESERVATIONS WORK?
Tables in the vault may be reserved if a $500 food and beverage minimum is met. Additionally, we offer half and full vault buyouts. Otherwise, the vault is first come-first served.
DO YOU HONOR GUEST LISTS?
No. Private events and established dinner reservations get first priority if there is a line. Then it is on a first come, first serve basis depending upon occupancy constraints.
DO YOU OFFER BOTTLE SERVICE?
Yes. We include liquor, wine and champagne among our tableside offerings. Please call 773.235.8800 to inquire about availability.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE GROUPS ON THE WEEKEND?
Due to the high weekend demand, we encourage large groups to arrive early on the weekends between 5pm – 7pm or visit during the week. We have our Vault and Private Event Space available to rent for groups up to 50 people. A private event guarantees space and entry for a contracted group. Certain food and beverage minimums apply. If you are looking for a non-private event, we do not guarantee entry or seating. The main bar area is available for on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
DECORATIONS, DESSERTS, BYOB ALLOWED FOR PRIVATE EVENTS/RESERVATIONS?
Minimal outside décor allowed upon prior approval by management. No outside food or liquor permitted. Cake cutting fees of $25 apply for outside cake.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
The minimums are established for the various spaces inside The Bedford. Minimums vary depending on the day and time of space being utilized. If a minimum is not met, the difference is billed to the credit card on file as a room rental fee. Taxes (9.75%) & the private event service charge (20%) do not count towards minimums.
Yes, Wednesday through Saturday. Valet is $12 per car for space in our private lot located off the street. Valet can be billed to your private event tab, must be set up in advance of the event. We do not offer valet parking on Mondays and Tuesdays.
DO YOU HAVE A DJ?
Yes we feature a live DJ Thursday – Saturday after 10 pm.
